GERMANY!! (at Hermanni)
Speaking of interesting wines, these puppies arrived. Dominó is a project by a Portuguese chef Vitor Claro. Take the white wine for example: Monte das Pratas is a small vineyard in Portalegre, situated in the middle of Portugal close to the Spanish border, 800m above sea level, average age of the vines 70 years with mixed varieties like Alicante Branco, Moscatel Nunes, Fernão Pires, Dorinto, Tamarez, Síria, Pérola and others. The production is very small, only about 800 bottles each. They traveled a long way and are ready to make their Finnish debut.
